CANCELLATIONS​

​

Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Custom-made products go into production immediately once the order is placed. If you have questions concerning this policy please contact us at info@dkflorals.com or 682-235-6867.

COVID DELAYS

If a Homecoming game is canceled or delayed we will honor orders for later dates or the following
year. Seniors will be the exception to this rule and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

ORDER DEADLINES 
 

All orders that require shipping must be placed no later than the Friday before your Homecoming Date. We will accept orders on a case-by-case basis past this date. Rush fees may apply. Rush fees start at $25.00 and up.

 

Local pickup orders can be placed, as late as Monday before the Homecoming Date for Thursday pickup ONLY. Orders that need to be picked up before Thursday must state this at the time of order.

SHIPPING\PICKUP POLICIES

 

PLEASE READ all sales policies before completing your purchase. 

All shipping orders must be placed by July 31st of each year. 

All orders ship via FedEx or UPS.

​

We are NOT responsible for shipper loss. If FedEx\USPS misplaces or damages a package,

the claim must be filed with the shipper.

 

HOMECOMING MUMS

 
Mums will be shipped in a 42X12X12 (regular mums) or a 48X16X16 (Supreme Mums) box delivered to your door. Garters and Pee Wee mums are shipped in smaller boxes depending on their size and quantity. We do not require signatures. All shipping orders must be placed by July 31st of each year. 

 
All tracking information will be emailed to you directly when your order ships.

 

Custom orders ship the week of your Homecoming unless otherwise requested. Email us at

Within Texas shipping takes about 1 to 2 business days. Areas outside of Texas vary

between 2 to 4 business days.

 

Mum Orders for pickup here in DFW will be available on Thursdays after 5 pm CST. Special

arrangements and early pick-ups must be arranged at the time the order is placed.

These are ONLY estimates from our past experience with shipping our products.

 

DFW - arrives 1-2 days from ship date

Houston - arrives 1-2 days from ship date

Austin - arrives 1-2 days from ship date

San Antonio - arrives 1-2 days from ship date

OUT OF STATE - arrives 2-3 days from ship date

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 

There are no refunds on custom products. If a product is damaged or there is an error in
your order the following timeline applies to notify us for repair or partial refunds. We are not responsible for damages by the shipper.

 

Homecoming Mums - DK Florals Inc. must be notified within 24 hours of any damage to a

Homecoming mum, pee wee mum, or garter
